We have a G4 466Mhz PPC that we were using as a web server, up for
sale. This system continues to function with no issues. If you are
looking for a dependable web server that can run headless and armless
(no monitor, keyboard or mouse) then this is the system for you! This
is an excellent machine for either the novice who wants to learn how to
run a web server or an expert who wants to add another server to the
farm.
We have wiped the drive clean and have pre-installed Ubuntu
Server. If you prefer to do a clean install yourself and would like to
have the media, media can be provided for just $6.00 or if you prefer
to have the original Mac OS X v.10.3 (Panther) reinstalled, it will be
pre-install on the hard drive at no charge (no media will be provided).
